Her one-to-one coaching supports individuals through personal and professional transitions whether you're adjusting to a new role, returning to work after a break, exploring identity in motherhood or simply feeling stuck. Drawing on her background in law, healthcare and wellbeing, she offers a grounded and empathetic space where you can reflect, realign and take intentional steps forward.

Coaching sessions are personalised and collaborative, helping you reconnect with your values and move forward with greater purpose.

Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes and can take place in person or online, whichever feels most comfortable for you. 

You can choose to book single sessions or work together through a structured programme, with many clients finding that a six-session package creates the space for lasting change.
